"My husband’s lifelong dream has been to own a pied-a-terre in Paris. For years we travelled here, walking the streets, marvelling at the City of Light’s rich history and elegant beauty. As if by magic or destiny, two years ago we were introduced to Caroline and Geraldine. We explained what we were looking for and they responded by finding us the perfect apartment in the 16A. Unique, in a well maintained Hausmann building on a tree lined street, with gorgeous details, beautiful lemony light, high ceilings, two terraces with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was the first apartment they showed us. I don’t think any realtor would have found this apartment easily, it was not advertised online. They were in the know. Both women are generous, smart and responsible. All of their recommendations from the Notaire to the painter and floor restorer were fantastic. As Americans navigating the French system, they made it easy for us to negotiate a tricky contract and move in effortlessly. Bravo to this dynamic duo. I highly recommend them! We absolutely adore this apartment."
