"We are a family of 4. Living in Boulogne for over 10 years, we wanted to expand while remaining close to our neighborhood. The search wasn't easy, but thanks to their network, their perseverance and above all their sensitivity, which enabled them to understand our expectations perfectly, Geraldine and Caroline found the "one in a million" that met all our expectations and even exceeded them. The house is so perfect that it took us a while to realize that it was our home sweet home! Beyond the property itself, Happy etc.'s support was absolutely perfect: negotiating the sale of our apartment, coordinating with notaries, negotiating with buyers and sellers, providing expert advice at all times. Everything was done to ensure that the transaction went off without a hitch. Our lives have really changed, thanks to Geraldine and Caroline: calling on Happy etc. is certainly one of the best decisions we've made in our lives."
