"We were looking for a 2-room apartment in Paris to invest in. Very busy with our professional activities, we weren't able to react quickly enough. After a few months, we were at a standstill and ready to give up when we called Caroline and Geraldine. In less than an hour, they understood what we were looking for and a few days later they called us to visit a 40m2 apartment in the 9th arrondissement, of which we have become owners three months later! As well as their good mood and dynamism, we appreciated their ultra-professionalism and their knowledge of the property 'ecosystem'. From negotiating the price to reviewing the co-ownership details and advising on the renovation, they gave us a great deal of input and saved us an enormous amount of time.
